Like so many other businesses, we’re continually monitoring the current health situation with updates from the CDC, WHO and local health and government authorities to evaluate how best to support and protect our customers, our employees and the communities we serve.
Today’s guidelines advise people to only leave their residence to operate essential business, which includes auto-repair and related facilities. Auto-repair and related facilities are included because it’s critical people are able to use their vehicles to get to where they need to go, especially: Health care providers, first responders and grocery/food service workers travelling to work. Also, community members driving to a health care facility, work or to procure necessities like food and prescriptions.
We want all customers visiting Straightline Auto Body to be reassured we’ve increased our cleaning and disinfecting practices, and are practicing social distancing. We will wipe down & fog all interior and exteriror surfaces before returning vehicles to customers.
We also encourage all customers to make an appointment in advance to expedite service and wait in their vehicle and call prior to service.
All of us at Straightline Auto Body feel deeply for those who have been impacted by this outbreak. We value your business and plan to take all necessary steps to ensure our shop is exceptionally clean and sanitary. Again, the health and safety of our customers, employees and our communities are a top priority and we’re committed to doing our part to help keep you safe.
